It's not that hard you have to place the ball in the middle of the room and you see this 3 stub logs pointing out. You can jump on the lower log and then jump on the higher. You also may have to jump and move with ball to get there.

I just found it thanks. Tricky little place there. Took me a couple of try to figure it out.
