I have a server set up for my friends and I and you don't seem to get any points towards your perks whken you play on the custom maps. Also, the patriach seems alot tougher on them.
Do you get experience points for the custom maps??

Not necessarily. They may not need a medic to survive, but it sure as hell makes things easier. Gives people more time to focus on killing while the medic does his job.
