Slower walking speed on slopes

It would really add to the realsim and gameplay if you moved slower when climbing hills or slopes. In ROOST, it was looks unnatural when sprinting up a hill or stairs at the same speed as sprinting on flat surface.

It also looks ridiculous when soldiers in Ostfront run down steep hills.

adding to this...maybe make it so your stamina drains faster if you are running uphill, and slower for downhill

Reminds me of one of my favourite bits of Operation Flashpoint. Going up slopes first stopped you sprinting, then you could only walk and then if it got too steep you had to go prone to "climb" it cos it was too steep to stand on

Not the perfect system, but better than ignoring it completely IMO.

that would work.. and maybe have a climbing animation? if player is past X(deg angle) then this animation is used...

i like that idea... better than nuttin

this is a must imho, what will this game be without the ability to dive to prone and roll left or right with a double tap of your lean button ?
