Testing SiC's campaign missions on Isla Duala, using Aeneas2020's excellent Dutch commando units.
Our mission was to escort a Dutch politician. But an IED went off:

I went on a HL2 SP mod downloading spree...
They were mostly hit or miss, but this mod had it's moments;
Manhack vs. AlienController
That's me in the back controlling the manhack, waiting for the awkward dialogue to end ^^
It's called 'HumanError', There is a lot of awkwardness to get through but I think the final few stages redeem it.

Speaking of HL2 SP mods, if you haven't, you should definitely try Mission Improbable - it's just a SP map, along the lines of Lost Coast (I'd say it's a bit longer), but it's definitely worth the playthrough as it's like it was made by Valve themselves, maybe even a scale better!

Console gamers who pirated Metro 2033 say it's a buggy and generic cave-run. Who knows, maybe they were just writing jack.
Apocalyptic themes always fascinate me, but this game has never grabbed my interest me due to the closed environments and average looking gameplay.

If a game's main draw is atmosphere graphics are kind of important and from what I heard the console graphics aren't bad, but the PC graphics are vastly superior. So you don't have to write the game off just yet.
