Hi. I know this is a long story but try to withstand and comprehend me.
I bought the game in steam. Installed it. After it became 100% ready i trye to start it. It said the game is currently unavailable, try again another time. Next i tryed to start it from the folder killingfloor/system, and i got the plash screen and after that screen goes black. I get an error prompt wich says following:

Now i try to delete clientregitery.blob but i get a problem with steam. When i start steam it says updating and stops on 27% and says failure cannot spawn steamtmp.exe. It does this every time. I put the old clientreg.blob back and i can get to steam fine again but still no help to killing floor problem.
I have XP 64bit, 9800GT, and my native screen resolution is 1920x1200. Core I7 920. 6Gigs memory. Other steam games (dods, tf2, hl2) work fine.
I tryed to instal new c++ for 64bit as asked in https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4595-WEXN-6831 but no help.
I deleted local content dl again and verified cahce but no help.

Anything i might try to get this working? TY for patience to read it through.
