How to disable film gain effect?

I'd like to disable film gain effect in spectator view, is it possible?

Has anybody found a way to do this yet. It's a bit disappointing to see this thread is quite old and not been answered by the Tripwire gang.

I am dying to make some vids from my recorded games, but I do not like the grain effect, like others here.

Any chance this can get sorted out please

Has anyone noticed how sometimes the grain effect can be extremely blurry? Such as in this screenshot.

Very annoying to say the least.

Lol yeah I wish it kinda had an option like Left4Dead were you could lower it to the point its off or put more of the film grain on. I'm sure there's a way, hopefully the TWI members could look into maybe taking this off.

There's no current way to turn it off I believe.
