Does anyone else think it's a bit silly that with a level 5 perk you will spawn with a weapon AND get a huge discount for that same weapon?
It doesn't happen often that you give weapons to other people. Usually you just give them money.
So the discount is mostly wasted.
I came up with the following idea.
Remove all the current discount bonusses on level 5 perks except medic because that is the only useful one.
Replace them with the following
Medic: keep it as it is
Support: 25% more damage with the LAW and 25-50% more explosion radius with the LAW. It doesnt have to be this much but give us something to make the LAW a better weapon for the support perk which is the main class that should use the LAW in the first place due to the increase in carry weight.
or 25-50% discount on grenades.
Commando: This is a hard one. Maybe 10% more damage with all weapons or 25-50% more ammo for the bullpup or 20-25% more damage with 9mm or 25% discount on all ammo.
Sharpshooter: 25% discount on the rifle and xbow
Firebug: 50% more ammo for the flamethrower. (am I the only one who thinks this thing runs out of ammo way too fast if you spray a couple large specimen groups?)

Berserker: Whenever you pull out your machete your character says "They call him Machete" (reference to the planet terror movie)
(ok i admit it, i cant think of anything else useful for the berserker and this was even an idea from a friend )
