Server Dedicated Server fails to show up in server list

My dedicated server fails to show up in the server list both in game and through steam. Below I have attached screenshots for the port forwards and the .bat loading the server. Please help, using vista 64.

At the time of this post, I cannot see EVcitadel either. In your KillingFloor.ini in the first set of commands did you change the port number from 7757 to 7707 as suggested here?

In addition, are you viewing your server via LAN? I've so far been unable to my my server at all. I'm on LAN but it's a Public server and can't see it in either browser window. You can join it by bringing up the in game command console (~ should be fine) and typing your ip:

open ###.###.###.###:port

Thanks I will give that a shot, but it the steam server refresh seems to be stuck as it is not displaying servers.

Sometimes you have to wait up to like 10 minutes for it to update.

Added port 7707 in the .ini but still no "EVcitadel", and no this is an internet server, ive also updated HLDS to the latest version 2.

I can't see your server in the server list. At least I can attempt to join via IP. What's your IP address please?

Issue with Linksys in particular, you have to unplug power to router wait like 2 mins then plug it in.

Then start server again and see if it works.

P.S. You only need to forward port 7707 as UDP. Don't need to forward other ports at all.

According to whatismyip.com 68.191.216.178, im not sure if that is external or internal though and whichever it is I dont know how you get the other one.

And I tried unplugging the modem for 5 minutes no fix. Also I noticed I didnt have the router forward set to "enabled", once I changed it still no success

Well! I can join via IP although I can't enter as there's a Password.

Password is evcitadel but I dont see it in the server list still .

I just played a complete round on my own. However, upon entering the server someone was in there already but left soon after.

Why am I unable to join it via favorites, or view it in the servers list then? Also I would like to note I am running this dedicated server and trying to join it on the same computer.

I am joining my server via LAN ip and can't see it server in any of the ingame server lists or Steam server list whereas all my other servers are visible in the Steam list. I'll add you to my Steam buddy list and we can attempt to troubleshoot.
