I reallw wanted to like the game, but after playing CoH I felt it really fell short. The urban combat is uninspiring, infantry can't use the enviroment for cover apart from forests and buildings, and combat in general feels clunky.

I see CoH and WiC as completely different style games. CoH is about build orders nowadays like WC3.

WiC has a working online system too : P

I like them both a ton, but I play them in different moods.

I agree they overdid the "beta" phase and advertising. I was done with WiC after playing the demo for 2 hours. I feel that it has "no depth" unlike other popular games around. The only variety in the game is that if your friends suck at the game or not.

I was expecting this to be a semi-realistic approach to RTS like CS did(they advertised this too), but IMO it has fell waay to short in the end. The only thing I do about WiC now is watching their awesome CGI trailers sometimes
