Whenever I play in practice mode or host a multiplayer game, No one can respawn! The reinforcement timer stays at zero and eveyone's stuck in spectator mode. I haven't touched any settings, so how do I enable respawning?

It should be on by default with no way to turn it off really. Maybe you have a corrupt file or changed the wrong .ini setting somewhere. Try deleting your RO/system folder (just the system one) and verifying cache in steam. This will force a download of all the system files.

You probably changed the min net players setting from the default 0 to some other number,so the game won't start until that number of players join the server.

I'm Ivan and I'm the admin of ouer (clan is =XII=) dedicated server for RO
when the last version was released we have installed the new version on hte server
but
now the respawn is not possible,
we can enter like players, but when the prestart time is over we remain like spectators
I've tryed to set 0 players like the minimum for play but the server run like before
The server support sayd tha t it is nont a server problem, but game problem
Could you help us?
Now we can't play RO, untill the problem will be solved...
Please help us with a possible solution,
