Silly Americans, naming 2 places the same. Just to think you stole all the place names from Britain, thought you would of been able to think up your own.

I think that building was built in 1985. I can't remember exactly when they built it.
Unfortunately, in Roswell now they just knock all the old, historical stuff down and build too many shops and apts/condos that will never be filled until kingdom come.

They only knock down the not-very-old - they are actually surprisingly good at preserving the genuinely old. Not to mention the city trying to kindly "re-zone" areas around the Alpharetta Highway, in order to "improve them" - code for "move the Mexicans somewhere else"
And the Americans didn't name evrything after British places. Some of them are Spanish, even some French!
