Tripwire are a proffessional game developer, with an office and even desks! I doubt they work 7days a week though, they need some time off like the rest of us.

Depends on the week. Tripwire has been known to do 7 day weeks, but most of the time just does 5 (when it isn't crunch time). Pretty good hours too. There are a few off-site employee's and contractors from around the world.
