Server Server Update HLDS

How do I know that my server has the updated version of RO? I do not have any idea how to use the HLDS tool. I DL'ed the tool. there is an Icon in the folder. Do I just click that Icon? I have gameservers.com, there is an "update server" button. Will that do it?

IIRC, Gameservers take care of keeping it updated... unless they changed the policy since I last had one there.

ro is started differently from source games so by default it does not automatically check for updates. Atleast not with gameservers' script.

If youre with gameservers, then they have an update button under mods to update the server.

2 days after an update you can update as well by doing a server reinstall.
