Where Eagles Dare!

The shoelace trick! And the helicopter-prototype!:D
Also the gondola scene from Return to Castle Wolfenstein seems like an homage to that film.
Oh dear, excellent movie.

I heard Tarantino wants to re-make it because he likes it so much? Tarantino is full of himself enough to not remake it (he doesn't seem like someone who would make bad remakes) but to make a movie "based" on it so it might turn out to be rather cool.:)

A Bridge Too Far > Where Eagles Dare

Carry on...

Edit:

Oh yeah, also best themesong ever. :)

I personally think A Bridge Too Far should have been called Where Eagles Dare because of the large-scale use of US Airborne Forces (their nickname Screaming Eagles) in Operation Market Garden (also known as Hell's Highway) and certainly one of the tougher missions they faced but failed in the end.
