I wish they would change the name to "Democratic" Republic of Congo with inverted commas. Would suit better...or Anarchistic Republic of Congo. That would go well too..

This news again speaks clearly for it, that most of the development aid money should be used for education. Lack of education causes most of the problems in many African countries. Even more severe problems, than getting your willy shrunk...Which ofcourse is a terrible tragedy if it happpens to you.
