=IcM= is a clan currently that nearly plays matches everyday now, were still in the basics of rebuilding the clan so we take it easy with friendlies only to get ready for future RO:ladder matches and tournaments (we did realism gaming too in the past but the amount of *****ing in the realism leagues we stopped). But if you join us you won't fall in the middle of an old group everybody is newish to each other.
Because of lack of members in the past we had problems getting enough matches and getting enough people to show up. Now we have a nice base of players we can start working towards improvement

We're planning to have as many matches a week as possible, with an overview of tactics before every match and sharing some new ideas. The actual tactics are still going to be made though because were at the start of the rebuild, so all inputs on things will be taken account of.
Things like grenade throw training and weapon training can be done but we won't force people to participate.
We don't have a team leader but run by a majority vote, and people taking up positions they simply like to do. Like arranging matches trainings making tactics, or commanding a squad during the actual battle and keeping people in shape. Basically we have people take the role of a team leader but the one that does it can change every map.
So if you feel like your input counting, and helping shape up a group the way you and others want it. In a group that wants to be more serious but can't because of a lack of members. Then make a post in the recruiting forum at www.icm-clan.com and posting that you'd like to try out a trial.
Our "trial" period is based more on how people fit in with the team (ro after all is a team game and team skill is more important than individual skill), than on skill. So its more like a meet and greet period where you and we can find out if we like each other and want to continue together.
We're not the most serious clan as you can see in our recruitment thread we like to have a laugh together, so just try us out.

Things we do require members to do in the end are:
- Having a microphone, to talk during matches over ventrillo
- Being over the age of 18 years old (although exceptions can be made)
- Being able to help with a small (yes small aka not big) server fee to help pay for our co-located server.
- And afcourse just enjoy playing with ro and liking to play with us guys.
Matches are pretty much always at 21cet or 20gmt, so you should be able to be online at those times. (Matches take about one and a half hour) and before the match were planning on doing a map walk around for 30 mins.
Were an openminded clan, where fun, teamwork and teamspirit are our main points.
