3D sound when using "voice commands"

This has bothered me from day 1.
And was brought up numerous times.

But I still have hope!

Make the sounds 3d.

DoD had it better. And go see DoD:S for distant sounds (not strict border between close sound and distant sound, but rather one fades and other gets louder as an echo) and mg spinning around bipod not an axis through the stomach.
