Wheres the g41??

That would be my favourite cos of the sound alone

But the reason I would choose the SVT, is its (much) quicker reload. Now if only TW fixed the 41 so you could load the g41 1 clip at a time...

All the MG's. 34-42-28. MG-34 is good for me for the maps that I need mobility(ie Danzig), 42 is my all out favourite for deep urban maps(Odessa) and 28 is the king of accuracy and sustained firing.

I like the rifle too though. Bayoing is a smart man's job.

SVT-40 for me. G41 and m44 to round out the top three. Something about the G41...seems exceptionally accurate to me, but it's probably my imagination. The m44 is just handy. It's quick and I can't accidentally take off the bayo. ;D

SVT FTW, awesome rifle. Good for nearly all situations.

I take whatever tool I need to get the job done. I can say, however, that I generally prefer the PPSh over the other SMGs, the STG-44 for its intended role, the MG-42 for MG work, the Nagant Sniper for sniper work, the SVT or G41 (I HATE the G43) for semi-auto work, and the M44 for carbine work. I haven't decided between the K98 and MN 91/30 though. In the mod I preferred the Nagant, but that's because I found the rear sight of the k98 too obstructive.

Oh, and the TT33 for pistol work, but I'll take whatever I can get.

The TT seems to have more stopping power than the p38, so that's my favorite pistol. I also never use the luger unless I forget to select the p38.

I ALWAYS forget that dang P38! That is why i got good with the Luger. But when I remember to TAKE MY TIME AND READ I get the P38 as Sniper side arm.

In the mod I'd have agreed with you (though some would passionately disagree). In the current game, I find the sights to be about even. I suppose it's just a matter of preference, really.

What I don't understand is why people like the Svt-40 so much, the sights are way to tiny to really see what your are aiming for, I like the G41 sights better.

Yeah the sights don't freaking block the target like the G41's. G41/43 is a POS.

I voted on Mauser k98.... Second choice would be Mp40 and I have started to like the Mp44.. but its not often I can use it...
