IP Addresses

When playing on various servers, I often see messages coming up telling you to go to such and such and addy to play on the latest map , you know, 12.2345.56.789 for example.
Where do you type this series off numbers in to go to this location? Is there a pop up box somewhere in Steam?

When in RO server list, right click and choose "open server ip/address".
Then type in the N

or open up the console with ~

and type open IPort
the default port is 7757
