New update. Is this the patch or not?

Hiya guys.
Around last October a big new Patch was talked about on here. Then it was mentioned that it would take longer than expected.
I can't remember what was supposed to be on it but i thought mantelling was mentioned among other things.
So is the recent update this patch without mantelling or is this an additional update unrelated to the one mentioned last year?

I hope TWI manages to get mantelling to work...would be so cool, and change gameplay on pretty much every map.

Poo!! I was hoping there was another one in the wings waiting.
I know we got lots of stuff on this update & i appreciate all the TW guys have done, but the screaming aside i don't notice much difference.
The maps i've already played many times.
The 64 servers i'm not really bothered about as most of the maps don't play well with this many people so that leaves little tweeks that you don't really notice.
Oh well never mind i guess i'll just carry on playing & wait till the next one is out.
