Many of the South Park episodes make jokes to things in Los Angeles because thats where the writers live. Infact I have met them and I see them at this cafe I go to. In the most recent episode they dumped all the homless off in Santa Monica and Venice about 2 miles from my house. Its true, Santa Monica has a huge homeless problem.
