it depends really. if im angry i take a bottle of jack daniels, a shot glass and a cola chaser. if im relaxed its white russians. Other then that i dont drink really, it causes way to many problems with the courts for me.

I do enjoy a Jack and Coke other than that i drink Jupiler, Stella, Desperados,
Gin-Tonic, Rum Coke, red wine, white russian, Duvel (thats the bad boy amongst belgian beers)...what the hey, just bring me alcohol...

Duvel is very delicious. However, it is a little heavy.
La Chimay Bleue is my favorite.

If u like those kind of beers u should try one of the following:
Westvleteren (very hard to get, they only make 4700 hectoliters a year...) Orval, Rochefort, Westmalle and Achel. Those beers are "trappistenbieren" Beers made by belgian monks...nice...

I personnaly do both. At the same time.
I see we have some connoisseurs.
I never was able to get a hand on a bottle of Wesvleteren, but Westmalle and Rochefort as weel as Abbaye des Rocs and St Bernardus, Gouden Carolus, Triple Karmeliet and Kastel, &c I can find easily, and Orval, Duvel, Chimays and special hoegaardens are in any morederately big supermarket.
Anyone here likes Rodenbach ? I like it, but I'm like one of the 3 persons I know who can stomach the stuff...

Belgian beers...they always make me proud
So does the sheer amount of breweries here to me.
AFAIK (according to a news story) Austria has most per population.

Good old scotch is my poison of choice, either on the rocks or with dry ginger ale. Good beer is a close second, well actually you could say beer and scotch equally depending on mood are my drinks. I must tip my had to you Europeans too, you sure know how to brew a good beer
