I mean if you want a sim of a particular subject...then you get it. I don't hear people complaining about IL-2 saying "This game is realistic but it ONLY lets you be a pilot, what about all the little infantry you are strafing!?"

Unfortunately there aren't any infantry formations to strafe. >_<

Something is not right here at all.
First there was T72 Balkans on Fire, today I saw in my local game store a game called Iron Warriors. So I thought I would look it up saw some screenshots and Thought Hmmm looks familar.

They are both the same game, both are IDD the first is made by Battlefront, the second is made by Blackbean. the screenshots for each are exactly the same and the games are too. I bought Balkans on Fire and have just tried the demo for Iron Warriors.

So do not buy both of them or you will be paying twice for the same game.

Now we have another game enetering the scene and it is called WW2 battletanks T34 vs Tiger. and is also published by IDD.

I wonder if it will be the same sort of gameplay just different models ingame ????.

Wow this game looks awesome the Tiger I model looks (need to see more) accuarate and there's a Panzer IV G (muzzle break gives it away).

Not yet, but negotiations are under way for a North American publisher, according to Rainer over at the SimHQ forums.

Still looks very buggy!

One of the panzers recoiled before it fired & the sounds & animations still require ALOT of work!

I'l still be buying this though

My only complaint would be about the tank which looks not very "heavy' in their movement.
Otherwise it is beautifull !

Well the Sim looks nice, I think I'll try the demo if one comes out soon after its release. Haven't played a Single tank Sim in ages (apart form RO). I'll keep an eye out for it.

Not me, Id prefer the opposite, 2 very realistic tanks over BF42 vehicles any day.

Now now, no need for the BF word.. you dont absolutely need to go to the opposite extreme

Think IL2, there's a sim that got it right, tons of planes to fly, none of them are modelled down to every last detail, but they are definatelly good enough, and build on a solid base that makes it work.
