International is where I'd like to see this next one go. San Andreas, Liberty City, Vice City, London, Paris/Berlin/Rome, Moscow and Tokyo. That'd be one huge ****ing game but I'd play it.

I think that it will be Tokyo or something asian, though a interesting city would be GTA Amsterdam, legal drugs and hookers, what do you need more for a good GTA game. Maybe a speedboatrace trough the canals (for those who know the movie Amsterdamned 
)

So long as they include 101.1 MSX Moving Shadow "Sound of da Liberty" on the radio, I don't care if it's set in Bexhill-on-Sea, Peoria, Illinois or the planet Neptune.

If it's legal where's the fun in that? By the time you get to amsterdam- it's diamonds and it's big time.

That would be verily good. I also hope it will look a little better. Not "super computer the size of a football field" nice but "I can buy a $700 computer and still play it" nice.

So they've done NYC, L.A., and Miami....
I can't think of any other 'big cities' that would really need doing here in the U.S.. At some point it's going to get to the ridiculousness of MTV's The Real World.
International would be awesome. Imagine GTA: Europa, where the first "area" is the UK. As you progress and unlock, you'll be able to get across the channel and wreak havoc through France, Spain, and Germany - maybe even Italy. Driving through the Alps, through the fields of Normandy, through 1000 year old English villages, along the Blue Coast... Plus, imagine the exotic car possibilities.
Maybe what I just wrote would be too big for a single game, but imagine a GTA online world with that kind of scale.
