i don't understand what the title has to do with u boats?

Just making sure that you know that in the early years of the war the U-boats would pull up along those merchant ships and have them evacuate before sinking them. It wasnt until the Brits started putting out Q-boats (heavily armed disguised merchant ships) and shooting the U-boats as they surfaced, that the germans started to resort to torpedoes and submarine warfare.
I have to say though, sea warfare could be cooler. Like a navyfield feel, but in full 3d. Realistic shooting (but not aiming the way they really aim), realistic damage, awesome effects, but a more "you're already in the action" feel to it (with a little bit of seperation time like navyfield).
But floating around for days and days (or hours and hours) before action isnt too much fun.

yes, i know the u-boat crews were some kind of knights, i saw that they picked up survivors and towed life-boats of sunken enemy ships to safety. while the allied aircrafts would not shoot at them, because they had tens if not hundreds of people on the deck!
