Although I hate asshats as much as anyone, I don't think a global ban list would work. Individual servers have differing rules and regulations on kicking/banning. For example, some servers do not allow run n gunning and others do. Some are more lenient than others on matters of tking, message spamming, player abuse, etc.

Btw, the last time something like this was proposed it was locked so....

yes but it would be like any other moutator. Server admins can chose to use it, and if they dont want to. Then they dont.

No, blacklists don't work because of asshole admins.

It's a two-way street to asshattery.

this could even be simplified by just letting the admins get into some sort of a private forum. When an admin bans a player for misbehaviour, aka teamkilling, spawnblocking etc. Then all other server would take the ID of the person and manually add them to there ban list. To bad that this would be open for corruption and miss use

roladder already got it just nobody uses it. or people just post a list without proof or reasons for banning.
