Who cares if there was Redorchestra ad in BF2142 game?
That would never happen. They wouldn't want to advertise a game that is less than half the price of BF 2142, has better gameplay, and a mature community.

Y halo thar opinion.
I'm sure EA thinks their gameplay is superior and doesn't feel the least bit threatened by the relatively small community that is RO, but ok.

Its true though - you have to be pretty gullible to buy a EA game based on their past record. Buggy as hell on release and then they concentrate on the next Expansion pack instead of fixing the original game first.

They need funds for patches....
Maybe...
But whenever they take out a patch... they put out a booster pack... aka skin weapons, change little codes... and make the patch possible for booster pack players to use their toys on the little amount of available maps of bf2...
EA is just retarded in multiple levels...
And I am sure they make a lot of money with their consol games, specially their yearly effortless skinned and minor tweak sports games....
