After a format, game doesn't start...

Hi all.
I've recently formatted my PC, and re-installed Steam and RO.
First time i've loaded RO up, it was in windowed mode. Switched it to full screen, but then i wasn't able to change the resolution. I quitted RO. tryied to restart it but everytime i get this message:

Can't resolve package name

I have all latest drivers.
Radeon 9800pro.
Any idea? thank you.

Delete your .ini files or replace them with the default files.

the problem is that i don't have a red orchestra file in my steamapps\email folder. It's very strange, since the game started at least once.
Or do you mean .ini files into anothe folder maybe?

look in your common directory under steamapps.
if necessary delete the system dir under steamapps/common/red orchestra and then verify local files.

Deleted the Red orchestra.ini file, and it worked
