help!!! I see through tanks

why? when i play tanks are see through....
how can i fix it??
i think i have latest video updates but still

I tryed to play practes all tanks visebal
but when I start LAN server
then this happens.

on my 2nd PC where i started server tanks becomes invisebal , only top of the tank is viseble and player inside. after he have moved that tank

why is that so>??

Have either of you tried to verify your game cache files yet? If not, try that. If it still doesn't work, post your specs here along with the video driver you're using.

I jsut did waht you said to do with those files but still the same
and I checkd my PC at www.srtest.com and I passed for min system requerments

Verify integrity of game cache
1. Load Steam
2. From the My Games tab, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
4. Steam will verify the game cache files (GCF's) - this process may take several minutes. Do not verify the cache files for multiple games simultaneously - as some games share cache files with other games, this may cause problems with verification.
5. Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.

Again, if that doesn't work, post a screenshot and some system specs with the video driver you are using.

Just played Online with both of my PC and all tanks viseble
so..... its shouldn't be anything to do with my hardware

Is pre-cachining enabled? I had some odd problems with vehicle 'parts' not showing up when I disabled pre-caching. Turning it back on solved the problem.


If you did any RedOrchestra.ini tweaking, delete that file and let it rebuild a new one. It's a long shot but maybe it'll help

Well, i've encountered a similar problem. When i drive through a field with a tank and i switch to outside view as a driver i see the crops of the field stiking through the metal...gonna post a screenshot.

A other thing that happens sometimes (cant recreate it.) i only see the tanks driving around with no turret, just the base of the tank...i'll try to post a screenshot.
