Hello!

I'd just like to say, that I love this game. Firstly, the graphics are amazing, but it looks like everything is blurry, like you've been shot at. Any advice on how to get this game perfect?

Disable HDR bloom in the options.

Turn HDR Bloom off in video options. That will fix the blur problem.

 

[Mobius One]

You can turn it off two ways easily:

1. Go to Configuration -> Video -> Uncheck "HDR Bloom" box.

2. (Even easier) While in game, you can go to the console (~ or TAB) and type in "bloom". It'll turn it off instantly without having to go to the menu. It's fun to do that to see the differences with HDR Bloom on and off at times.
