Looking great, nice to see you didn't just port the old map over. A small nitpick though if you don't mind: The sun is HUGE, looks kinda silly imho. Kinda like the oversized moon on Krasnyi.

Well this game is supposed to be realistic, right?

Just imagine the same gorgeous lighting with the actual sun disc only being a fraction of the current size, would look much much better imho.

That just looks god damn gorgeous! I will be laying my hands on it when avail.

The sun does seem a tad large but if it adds to the atmosphere why not.

Place the sun lower in the sky, perhaps just as it is at the Horizon. Would be less-bright and just more awesome.

It still looks oversized, and i'm pretty convinced it would look much better with a normal sized one. Maybe post a before and after style screen with oversized and normal sized suns so we can compare?
