The problems described above still exist but I managed to complete the first mission of the resistance demo now (on easy/cadet, but still too hard for me to beat it at the first try, lol). I had to force me to play on at first but now its actually fun! Its thrilling.

I recommend the game of the year version you get all the expansions with it. If you cant get it then get normal ofp with resistance.

me and some 5ss buddies are trying to set up a small server for ourselves (not a dedicated server) and when someone tries to host he gives the IP but no one sees his server. Does the host need to open specifics ports in is firewall to do this? Can anyone help?

The 5.ss have been playing once in a while. We are using FFUR mod, gotta love the lean feature and new units although ECP is MUCH better to make you feel like you are there, but using the old units is sort of boring. Since we play a lot of RO and COD2 we are sort of tired with ww2 themes so we want more modern stuff and ECP isn't modern enough. Are there any good mods with new islands and a bunch of MP missions that utilize 21st century stuff?
