This is the only one I've actually seen from that list, remember it as pretty boring and can't recommend it. Some nice scenes though as the "switch board" but I think the trailer is enough.

Gayniggers from outer space wasn't mentioned in the list but deserves a mention. I found it pretty entertaining considering its nature and think it's worth a watch. It's only about half an hour long.

It's a shame all the terrible B-movie horrors these days always come out as 'X vs. Y' instead of better, goofier titles.

Seen this one. It's like the movie script was translated from English to Korean, and back again. People say things in ways that noone would say, and they aren't even called trolls in the movie... they're called goblins. Truly a classic bad movie. Definite recommendation.
