No more updates for KF?

TWI is not very concerned with this game. They probably think that other games bring them more money, and they are probably right.

You must not know anything about tripwire interactive or even pay attention to anything they say. They've said in the past that they are currently concentrating on RO2 HOS, which is the whole reason KF was ever even made. They made Killing Floor in hopes to make money to make RO2 even. They are making sure that their biggest project is being taken care of. As I said, they have said there will be more future updates. If you really want updates, check out the modding and mapping sections of these forums. People are constantly releasing new things for the game.

They made Killing Floor...
because it was awesome.

If TW was tight for RO2, funding development for another game and additional updates while continuing to spend money on RO2 dev would have been completely out of the question. If things were in such a state that KF was needed to generate funds for RO2 dev this also means that KF was in a position to dry up funds. The risk would have been too high and KF never would have happened.

TWI is not very concerned with this game.
Six content updates over the course of two years, the latest being three months ago, is "not very concerned"?

Yes, all can agree that KF is AWESOME!!!

Would like to know though: on RO2-homepage TWI states that RO2 is the most successful game for TWI so far in terms of sales. What do i know? Still, isn

It's all personal speculation (both negative and positive) unless a Developer makes a statement concerning the future of Killing Floor updates.
I can see where Utopia-Phoenix is coming from as Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad is TWI's current primary focus. Killing Floor is more refined, whereas RO2:HoS is in need of a lot of attention. Though, that doesn't stop them from still working on this game.
