[Error] Joining "occupied" servers only to join and have no one in

Every single server I join that is apparently occupied after I join in im greeted with an empty server with a single bot on the other team laughing at me. Is this a server trick or an actual issue?

No kicks from PB, but every server I join is either empty or has 4 people. Keep in mind the one that managed to have 4 people was a Tripwire server

Double clicking on servers in the browser will connect you to a random server.

Click 'connect' instead.

I'd really love to know how Tripwire managed to completely **** over the server browser every single update.

I click on''station''but the server brings me to other maps that do not correspond with the station ...

Once inside, they are only against 4 bots...
