It is impossible to aim accurately using the iron sight while behind cover. (video example)
If you aim through the Iron sight while you're behind a cover, you often end up shooting the cover, even though, through the ironsight, you were aiming at an enemy.
I am not sure whether this is intended or not. I guess it is intended for more realism.
While I really enjoy much realism in Rising Storm/RO games, this is affecting the gameplay very very negatively.

It is just impossible to tell whether you're gun is pointed high enough to go over the cover or if you will end up shooting the cover and not the enemy.
