WTF is this Steam.exe Winsock Error Connection reset by peer

I decide to start the game up and i get this long error? Any one know what is causing this?

Stream.exe(main exception): unable to start steam engine: steamstartengine(0x12e8c8) failed with error 200: connectoin reset, winsock error 10054 "connection reset by peer"

No idea; try deleting your "Steam blob file".
I think thats what its called, its in your main Steam folder.

Ok, I tryed what you said and so far I'm not getting the error, but steam is updating. Which is alot better then having a error. SO far so good.. Thanks
