Which one is it as you have Two ports listed here?

Also would be helpful to see your Bat text. If you're running a Multihome in your Bat files of this and your main RO server, because both are running at the same time.

The old way was...
OldQueryPortNumber=7769 should be set to 0 the first time you run.[IpDrv.UdpGamespyQuery]
MinNetVer=0
OldQueryPortNumber=7769
bRestartServerOnPortSwap=True
bDebugPortSwaps=True

But not sure if thats valid these days.

all ports open.

LANPort=11757
LANServerPort=10757
MasterServerList=(Address="207.135.144.10",Port=28904)
MasterServerList=(Address="207.135.144.11",Port=28904)

default masterserver port is 28902, but along of 7759 gameport, i changed to 28904.
