I'm guessing it's something simple that I'm overlooking but...during a game you can hit F1 to view stats and that's fine on a server with only 16 per side. I have noticed that on certain servers that host 25 per side, the players with lower stats don't show up because I am only able to view the first 16. Is there a way to scroll down or to view the lower stat players in a situation like this?

Nope. I've heard of a mutator that some servers run that show the whole board, but I've not seen it.

I've seen it used in DH but not RO. I think you can see all player names and their scores by going into the kickvote menu but it doesn't show what team each player is on
Also there is probably a console command to do what you want (like listplayers) but I don't know what it would be.
