Hello, I've created an account on the forums here to hopefully find a solution to my problem. I've reinstalled the game several times now, I've tried to run it in compatibility mode, verified the cache, and deleted the config files. However, after the introduction credits the game goes to black. When I tried to play singleplayer it got to the main menu and then froze indefinitely.
I've read that there may be some issues with punkbuster and I have recently installed and reinstalled that program for several EA games.
I've tried to run the .exe as administrator but even when launching through steam I get an error message that reads "Must be launched through Steam".
My setup is:
Intel Core i5 3.20GHz
AMD Radeon R9 M390
8 GB ram
64 bit Windows 10
