Summary: Teams' voice message chatter is mixed up

Description: The bug is true for original RO2 as well as for RS addon. The thing is that when you press SPECTATE some team to view soldiers in 3rd person you can encounter the following: russians or germans / americans or japans - all theirs voice message chatter is mixed up... Russians speak german language and vice versa - German soldiers chatter in russian, Americans speak japanese and Japs - in english...

PS. Im using native voices. To reproduce push SPECTATE and hear the anomaly.

I have noticed this too but never thought it that big of a deal...

I've had this bug however I wasn't in spectate. I was autobalanced and the team's languages swapped.
