Many people still just want their Bridges, Apartment and Barracks cycle. Next is that campaign servers have difficulties already to put the vast amount of maps in the territories at all. Also keep in mind that many maps are not in or around Stalingrad. A general Ostfront campaign map would be desirable. More territories and thus more maps.

Seems like there would be at least ONE server out there running old maps like kaukasus, that village one, etc. so many good old maps.

Even if one of them do become empty the other one will remain populated and they have the same map rotations so you're not going to miss out on anything.
And maybe has something to do with Kaukasus isn't that good of a map to begin with.

All customs just about are run on both Crucible and the *Army of Northern Virginia (ANV) | CLOWNS | (Classic, Customs).
And you now see above a Russian server is too. *Army of Northern Virginia (ANV) | CLOWNS | (Classic, Customs) is in the US and on the East Coast. I don't know of Crucible's whereabouts?
So I'm sure for Customs and great servers the world is covered by just those 3 servers alone.

This is a novel idea, how about putting a few custom maps on the normal stock map servers.
Drip feed them in by just including one or two at a time. People will eventually think they are stock maps.
Do it only when the map has been finalised as people get annoyed having to re-download maps all the time.
