Shells and weapon life time

Weapons have a gameplay effect: they can be picked up. As such, the duration is hardcoded. (60 seconds, if I remember right)

Spent casings are handled in native code, so there's no easy way for us to tell which variable affects them, or if any do.

ability to keep them alive for longer (countdown, I'm looking at you) would be very useful :(
