What should I upgrade ?

Hi all !
On RO2 and Rising Storm I get an average of 42 - 61 fps
I only get 61 while standing still - sniping etc...
When running around in active assaults and combat my fps is average low 40's and sometimes mid 50's when the action clears a bit.

I have all the eye candy (post processing, bloom, etc..) turned off as well as shadows on low. Only things I have on high are textures,character detail and AA.

Not game breaking, but things could be smoother for me on my current settings and that's why i'm looking to upgrade my machine
My pc -

Processor - AMD FX-6100 3.3GHz
Processor Main Features -64 bit 6-Core Processor
Cache Per Processor -6MB L2 Cache
Memory -16GB DDR3 1600
Graphics - AMD 6770
Hard Drive1TB SATA III 7200RPM

I'd say, upgrade your CPU and GPU and you'll be fine

I'd recommend you a FX-6300 and a Sapphire Radeon r9 270x. That's what I've got.
