I'll Show You Mine If You'll Show Me Yours (Part Deux)

what, noone else is gonna tell me which one to buy? They both so sexy, but no way im going to fork over for both...

whoa i just realized in the pics, the 44 cant mount a bayo. 42H it is then.

WWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT. Burfday preshunt to me...

hmm now comes the comparison.

I could get:

1 1911 mil spec 45 ACP
1 1895 Nagant with accessories
1 Schmidt Rubin k11 Carbine
1 Schmidt Rubin 1896/11 long rifle
1 K31 Carbine
1 Hatsan Arms Escort Pump Tactical
1 crate of 7.62x25
1 crate of 7.62x39

OR for 700$ more

1 Mkb 42H
2 bags of reloadable brass.

Someone makes semi auto MKB clones? Interesting. What country do you live in? It seems cool, but I would rather get an AK. Cheaper mags, ammo, and spare parts. But if you already have one and want a unique gun then I'd go for the MKB.

a WILD G41 appears!

Reading the description, it is NOT a fully origenal G41. There are a few small parts that are replica made.like a few springs. The upper front guard is a new piece aswel. And the wood has been restored. Appearntly it was in a bad condition so much that the metal had to be reblued.

I for once am glad he did restored it like that. Some people might not agree with this, but i rather see him taking a rare incomplete piece and make it a good looking rifle once again. Especialy with a rare G41

That G41 is a turd. its been reblued and renumbered. The markings on the reciever are totally fake and redone. If this rifle was for sale in the USA I could report it to the BATF for illegally modifying the recievers serial number...which is a HUGELY ILLEGAL here. I wouldnt spend one penny on that POS.

its a bit of a killer yeah

so what is the real designation of the Gewehr 43? I have seen G43 and K43 often on militaria fairs..
And at what pricing do Gewehr 43's go in your countries?
Here it is about 2000 euro's

Both G43 and K43 is correct. The earlier G43s made by Walther, Berlin-Lubecker and Gustloff were designated the G43 untill April 25th, 1944 when the designation was offically changed to 'K43'. It was not changed due to any design change but was changed as part of program to redesignate weapons for propaganda reasons.

My K43, an 'ac 45' (Walther) all matching and original I bought for a little over $4k online. Expect to pay around $4k and higher for a decent collectors grade type rifle. A G41 in similar condition starts at about $6k.

EVERY RUMOUR you heard about this firearm is TRUE

-YES it is so awesome to shoot with it
-YES it takes 1 minute atleast to reload!
-YES you need to put 50 KG of pressure to pull the trigger!(Double action, unless you cock the hammer, then it is rather smooth)
-YES it is so simple and easy to dis-assemble!
-I am sure it can survive a nuclear war and still fire without difficulty :D

Its euro made. Privi makes the ammo, dunno what an earlier poster had against privi, the stuff is good.

AK-47's are prohib here, short exlenation being that liberals in canada find them to look scarey. ( no **** they were banned by design, because they 'scarey').

I have a cz 858 which is a semi auto vz58. This would only be for ww2 interest, and to shoot whenever I can.

you might wanna reread my post

In what calibre are they chamberd? If it is 7.92x33, Pvri partisan still produces that ammo

but not everyone likes the ammo from that company...

I had several good experiences with Pvri and one not so good. I dont have anything against Pvri because they are one of the few still making rifle calibre's nobody else would

Where else would i find 6.5x52 Carcano?

A WILD SERIAL MATCHED LEE-ENFIELD APPEARS!

enfieldq.jpg

enfield2.jpg

enfield5.jpg

SELLER uses to high price!
Its not very effective!
Theta uses HAGGLE!
its super effective!
theta trows 350 euro!
GOTCHA! wild lee-enfield is caught!

Somebody i knew is stopping with his rifle collection, his girlfriend demanded it. Its a serial matched Lee-enfield No4 MK1 made in 1943. Serial number 10192 thus it was made in Maltby.

The price is pretty good. Lee enfields are pretty priced in Belgium. Same as with K98's.

Ye i met "It" aswel during the sale. what a Beech.

Anyway, the wood condition is very good. The metal around the reciever and the bolt are in very good condition aswel. The magazine, end of the barrel, the barrel itself, the front sights and metal work around it, are however, slightly touched by corrosion. The barrel is fully savable though. The local gunsmith just took a look at it. The rifling is still very visible and the barrel issent affected itself by corrosion, just a bit "touched".

Its a early produced Mark 1. Wich was the simplefied version of the No4. The markings are visible but not as super well placed as earlier lee enfields. This is a common picture with enfields produced between 1941 and 1943 appearntly. The UK lost a huge amount of equipment in Europe and the balkans and production had to be done hastly. Still nothing wrong with the bolt, the reciever and the barrel, all in good condition. Just the "finishing" touches are a bit hastly done. Not as bad as a M91/30 during wartime, a last ditch TYPE 99 arisaka or a K98 Kriegsmodell.
