PC Visual hat bug after update.

So after I updated my game today, I went to check the new map(zedlanding) online, I noticed something strange on another player's head, he/she was using a JFront Baseball Cap, but when I saw it from afar it just disappeared and when I approached the player it appeared again.

I took 2 screenshots to show:

a lot of hat disappear on this new map is MAP bug

What appears to be happening is that light rays or fog is rendering on top of the hat. The hat is still there, its just obscured.
