PC KF2 inventory nuked by update

Confirmed with a few other users, accounts playing KF2 by means of Steam's family share function have lost their entire KF2 item inventories. I had many items in mine, some from the market, some from the in-game store, and then crate drops and even the freebie neon 9mm/character skins that TW gave out--all gone from my inventory today.

Yes I did restart everything there is to be restarted.

Some of my purchased items were cheap, and some were not so cheap. I'd very much appreciate some light shed on this, or a resolution presented so I can have my collection of paid items back. Steam support was not very helpful with my issue, which is why I'm posting here. Thanks for any helpful input in advance

We've investigated this and found the problem is affecting not only KF2 but other non-valve games that have in-game economies. We're currently working with Valve to resolve the issue.
