Activating the console

Hi there!

I'd simply like to know how you actually make the console appear in-game? I've looked that it was the key just under "ESC" (tilde) , but it simply doesn't appear when I'm in a match...

I'd like to tinker with some weapon mods, so if you have any hint... I'd like to know.

F3 key for single line console. try % for full console.
