LM Button not always fireing rounds>...?

so game runs fine on med/ even high graphics setting. and mouse is a M.O.U.S.E-9 but its seams to be responding well when there are no zods. internet connection is now wired. situation is my gun will not fire every time I left click, sometime wont fire for a while, feel like its a internet connection problem but my ping is usually round 22 I'm so confused and this shits just getting me killed, no fun please help! thank you

It can be a dead battery or wireless mouse has connection interruption with the dongle.
I had a wireless mice a few years ago, it run fine but then it began glitching and losing connection to the dongle.
Pro-tip: get yourself a proper wired mouse.
