Certainly, my main goal was to recycle the item to get 5 Exceptional Weapon Skin materials for further MCW craft. However, when I did recycle it I got ONE RARE!
I do understand that box/usb is somehow gambling considering the chances. But recycling is something that should not have such issues when people are buying the stuff on the market. If I wanted 1 rare wpn mat I wouldn't have spent $2. If somebody from Tripwire support can get back to me, I would be more than grateful.
